Carbon facial treatment

Also known as the Hollywood facial, this treatment uses laser energy and carbon to treat facial skin imperfections. It restores sebum balance and promotes a fresh, even glow, visibly improving skin tone and texture as it regenerates.

The carbon works to penetrate the pores, absorb excess oil, and gently exfoliate the skin.
During this process the layers of the skin are targeted, stimulating collagen production and reducing inflammation.
Known as the “Hollywood Facial” with names like the Kardashians and Angelina Jolie using it to get red carpet ready.
A relatively comfortable treatment, most people experience a warm sensation over the skin and a light tingling.

How does the treatment work?

The medical grade carbon is applied over the skin to penetrate the pores and absorb excess oil, the laser is attracted to the carbon and works to exfoliate the skin as it is passed over and vapourised. This removes dead skin cells and impurities, leaving the skin looking soft and smooth.

Is this safe for all skin types?

Our Carbon facial is safe for all skin types, and works especially well on those with oily or acne prone skin.

When will I see results?

Results are evident after just one treatment; however, long term results and improvements are achieved with multiple treatments. We typically recommend three treatments at four to six week intervals.

Is there any downtime?

The treatment is gentle and non-invasive, making it ideal for those seeking skin improvement without the need for recovery time. Most people can resume their normal activities immediately after the treatment. Although avoiding heat inducing activities for 48 hours post is recommended.

Carbon facials start from $250 for the face area.
