Cancellation Policy
We kindly request 24–48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiting your deposit.
Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new booking if rescheduled within the notice period.
Services already performed cannot be refunded.
If you experience a reaction, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten your appointment or require rescheduling.
Perfecting Session Policy
Perfecting sessions must be completed within 6–8 weeks of the initial appointment. Rescheduling beyond this period may require an additional fee.
