Each month, book your skin peel or facial and your LED session online through Phorest, 24/7. As a member you get priority access to the best timeslots before they're released to general bookings.

Watch your credit stack

$50 is added to your clinic account each month. It accumulates for as long as your membership is active — no expiry, no cap. Redeem it on any service we offer. Most members use it every two to three months for something bigger.

Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Month-to-month only. Cancel with 30 days' notice at any time — no fees, no pressure. Your accumulated credits remain valid for 3 months after your final billing date.
What can I use my monthly credit on?
Your $50 monthly credit is redeemable on any service we offer at your clinic. It accumulates for as long as your membership is active — no cap, no expiry. Use it whenever you're ready.
What happens if I miss a month's treatment?
Your monthly peel and LED session reset each month — they don't roll over. This keeps you consistent, which is the point. Your $50 credit, however, stacks indefinitely while your membership is active. Most members use a few months of credit toward a larger treatment.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. We offer freeze options for travel, illness, or life events. Freeze periods are available for up to 3 months per calendar year at no charge. Speak to your clinic with a few days' notice before your next billing date.
What does priority booking mean?
Members get first access to available appointment slots before they're released to general bookings online. If you've ever tried to book a weekend appointment and found nothing available — that's what this solves.
What does the 5% skincare discount apply to?
5% off all skincare product purchases at your clinic — applied at point of sale. Members also receive exclusive early access to new treatments and VIP events before general release.
How do I change or cancel my membership?
To cancel, simply speak to your clinic with 30 days' notice before your next billing date. To change your clinic, speak to the team and they'll arrange the transfer. No fees apply to either.
