The consultation

Assessed properly. Told the truth about what you need.

Your first visit is an assessment. A registered nurse maps the whole face, tells you what she would leave alone, and writes the plan down with the pricing beside it. Some consultations end with a plan to do nothing yet, and that is a complete consultation rather than a failed one. What happens after it is a clinical decision, made with you, in the room.

Reservation fees are refunded in full with 48 hours' notice. Cosmetic treatments are for adults; anyone under 18 has a mandatory seven-day cooling-off period with payment deferred until after it. Any cosmetic procedure is a serious decision and individual results vary.

Skin, laser and tattoo prices in full below, the same at all five clinics. Prescription-only medicines cannot be named or priced in public advertising anywhere in Australia, so injectable pricing is quoted to you in writing at your consultation, itemised, before you agree to anything, and nothing is charged on the day. Why that rule exists.
