Side of a woman's neck with horizontal folds, face out of frame

01 · Neck

Lines that stay when you turn your head.

Horizontal lines, crepe-like texture and softening along the neck. Skin here is thinner than on your face, has fewer oil glands and spends years looking down at screens, so it is often where change shows first.

What we look at

  • Horizontal lines
  • Crepe-like texture
  • Softening under the jaw

02 · Décolletage

Sun, sleep and thinner skin.

Fine lines, sun texture and freckling across the chest, and the vertical creases that show more after a night on your side. One of the most sun-exposed areas we see in Perth.

What we look at

  • Vertical chest lines
  • Sun texture and pigment
  • Crepe across the collarbones

03 · Upper arms

Crepey skin on the back of the arm.

Thinning, crepe-like skin on the back and inner arm. We assess whether the concern is skin quality, which treatment can address, or excess skin, which it cannot, and we tell you which.

What we look at

  • Crepe-like texture
  • Thinning skin
  • Loss of firmness

04 · Stomach

Skin that has changed over time.

Crinkled or softened skin across the stomach, often after significant weight change. It is best assessed once your weight has been steady for a few months, and if a surgical opinion would serve you better, we will say so.

What we look at

  • Crinkled texture
  • Softened skin
  • Changes after weight loss

How your consultation works

Assessed, explained, then priced.

  1. 01

    We look, and we ask.

Each area photographed in consistent light, your history, what bothers you and what you have tried.

  2. 02

    We explain every option.

Including prescription options we cannot describe here, what each involves and realistic timeframes.

  3. 03

    You get a priced plan.

In writing. No pressure to book on the day, and no treatment if it is not right for you.

What your plan may include

Prescription treatments, in-clinic skin treatments, home care, a combination, or nothing at all. Some options for these areas are prescription-only, and in line with Australian regulations we do not name, price or describe them online. Your nurse explains every option at consultation, including cost, how many appointments and what the evidence supports.

Rather talk first?

Questions

The ones we are actually asked.

What can be done for crepey neck, chest or arm skin?

It depends on whether the change is texture, laxity or pigment. Options include prescription treatments we explain at consultation, in-clinic skin treatments and home care. A registered nurse assesses which suits your skin.

Can more than one area be treated?

Your nurse can advise whether treating more than one area, or more than one at the same visit, is appropriate for you.

What if it is loose skin rather than crepey skin?

We assess skin quality. If the concern is excess skin rather than skin quality, treatment in clinic will not change it, and we will tell you, and who can help.

Why won't you name or price some treatments online?

Australian regulations do not allow clinics to advertise prescription-only treatments to the public. We explain them properly at consultation, face to face, including cost, number of appointments and what the evidence supports.

How much does it cost?

The consultation holds with a $50 reservation fee, which comes off your treatment and is refunded in full with 48 hours' notice. Your nurse gives you a written, itemised plan at consultation before you commit to anything.

How long until I see a change?

It varies by option and by person. Some changes show within weeks, others build gradually over months. Your nurse will give you realistic timeframes for your plan.

Does it hurt?

Most people describe pressure or a brief sting. Numbing is used where appropriate, and your nurse explains what to expect for your plan before anything begins.

Who is it not suitable for?

We will not start treatment during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with active infection or inflammation in the area, or with some autoimmune conditions. Your nurse checks your health history at consultation. Anyone under 18 needs a suitability assessment and a 7-day cooling-off period first.

Individual results vary. Treatment suitability is confirmed at consultation.

Any cosmetic procedure is a serious decision. It carries risks as well as benefits, and individual results vary. Suitability is assessed in consultation with a registered practitioner, and we may recommend no treatment at all.

In line with Australian regulations we do not name, price or describe prescription-only treatments online. Your consultation is with a registered health practitioner who will discuss the options appropriate for you, including risks, alternatives and costs. And you may or may not be prescribed anything.

Cosmetic treatments are for adults only. Anyone under 18 must have a suitability assessment and a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before any treatment, with payment deferred until after that period.
