Does it hurt?
Most clients describe it as a warm, gentle snap against the skin — similar to a rubber band flick. Our device has adjustable comfort settings so we can dial it up or down for you. No numbing cream needed for most areas. Compared to waxing, it's significantly more comfortable — and unlike waxing, the results last.
Is it really permanent?
Yes — laser hair removal delivers permanent hair reduction. After your recommended course of sessions (usually 6–8, spaced 4–6 weeks apart), the vast majority of treated hair does not regrow. Some clients book an occasional top-up session once a year to keep things perfectly smooth, but the heavy upkeep of shaving and waxing is over for good.
How many sessions will I need?
Most areas need 6–8 sessions, spaced 4–6 weeks apart, to treat hair in every growth phase. You'll see noticeable reduction after just 2–3 sessions. Your therapist will map out an exact plan for you at your first visit based on your skin and hair.
Is it safe for olive or dark skin?
Yes. Our therapists are trained to treat all skin types — Fitzpatrick I through VI — and our device has dedicated settings for darker and olive skin tones. This is something a lot of cheaper clinics can't safely offer. We always patch test before your first full treatment.
Do I need to shave before coming in?
Yes — please shave the area 24 hours before your appointment. Do not wax, pluck or epilate between sessions (shaving only). Avoid sun exposure and self-tan for 2 weeks before treatment. Your therapist will walk you through full pre-care at consultation.
Can I book without a consultation first?
Your first session includes a quick skin and hair assessment — we combine the consultation and first treatment into one visit to save you time. Just book your area below and arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork. If anything needs adjusting after assessment, we'll discuss it before starting.
