Preparation Checklist
- Avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24 hours
- Avoid blood thinning medication where appropriate and approved by your GP
- If prone to cold sores, speak with your GP or pharmacist about antiviral prevention
- Avoid exfoliants and active acids on the area for 3 days
- Arrive with clean skin and no self tan on the area
Downtime and Aftercare
Mild redness and swelling are normal. Colour will appear brighter for the first 1 to 3 days.
Light flaking can occur. Do not pick. Keep the area dry and avoid swimming, saunas, and heavy sweating.
Colour softens and settles into the final shade.
